Bidra med feedbackFrom the way Cafe is a sweet place for brunch with a view! This place is located within the Florida Executive Airport, where you can land and take off with jet plane views. Our party of 4 came on Sunday at 10 a.m. and the dining room was pretty crowded. Waiting for a table was only 15 minutes. You take your name and number and text / call when your table is ready. We sat at a stand, but if you want a closer look at the runway directly at the windows, the tables sit there 2 people. Service was pretty average, but our food was delicious. The chickens and waffles were interesting. Our server said we have made a good choice because they have updated the recipe. But she didn't say what they changed. The chicken was fried in a maple chili glaze. The strange thing was the waffle itself had more of a chili-kick than the glaze on the chicken. The triple stack pancakes were super light and fluffy and a little on the underdone side. You really hit the spot! Not sure if this place will be a regular place as it is very expensive, but it is a good one to impress family friends from the city.
Eating was good enough to remind you of a restaurant with an interesting view of airplanes. The staff was very attentive and helpful. If some foods were served on a ceramic plate instead of a metal floor, it would have increased the appetite of the customer.
The set-up is almost sports bar without the bar, but with the noise level. There were music playing at the reference, but it could hardly be heard about the conversations of the other girls. Noise factor wasn't much of an effort, but it was definitely there. Sporty as, also because of the 3-4 wall TVs I paid little attention because I had a pretty decent look at the planes landing and descent that I enjoyed. Most tables were occupied, but service was pretty well thought out. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, came to the table several times to make sure everything was okay and to check if we needed something else. My kids got 2 frisbees that was a nice touch. There was no too long waiting time, even though the food was definitely worth it. Phillycheese Steak Sub was fresh and hot with your typical paprika, onions and cheese (I had my remains the next day and it tasted if not better! . I had a bite on the crispy French toast that was a delicious crispy orgasm in my mouth. Sweet potatoes and regular fries were also good. Grapefruit-Mimosa went well to my meal. You even give you champagne, so you can get 2-3 more glasses of the mumosa if you so desire. I had the unsweetened tea that was fine. Overall a great meal and experience, cant wait to get back!
Two of our three dishes were delicious. The 3rd (Fishtacos) was sent back. The flour tortillas were cold and the fish was contaminated and boiled. It wasn't salvageable. The restaurant has corrected it. My brother recommended this place and made available based on the service, I would definitely try again.
The service was very good. The food was okay. I ordered the Crab Cake Hash it tasted good. I didn't think it had much flavor. It came with potatoes. They needed a little seasoning. Under the potatoes lay a thin layer of hollandaise sauce. It was good but barely any. The Nutella waffle tasted great. The waffle was delicious. It had a good taste and texture. The restaurant is located in an airport hanger area. The entrance doesn't look like an entrance but it is. The restaurant has a nice view of the airport and it's nice and casual inside.
