Samuel Adams Brewhouse - Fort Knox

On Friday, Hubby and I met for lunch for the Welsbuffet. Seriously, best Mac'n cheese I had in my life. (Sorry grandma!) Wels is perfectly fried to die Mac'n cheese, greens with a little kick in a few bites (Love me a few red paprika flakes, and maize bread that crumbles it is so good. Hubby got an apple pie/cook cup and we shared a bowl of it. Did I mention that it was all you can eat? I was nice and I didn't go back for more Mac'n cheese. You can all thank me later!

I had a negative rating here, but everyone can have a free day/night. I took the GM on her offer to call her from the comment below, and she addressed my complaints with the staff. I went back to give the restaurant another shot and was totally impressed by the service we received and the food was much better than before! I'm a beer snob, so I can't knock a place because I don't have a ton of craft beers I haven't tried before. You have a big beer selection, especially if you are a Sam Adams beer fan. I tried the Nitro White Ale, it was pretty good, but as I said, I'm a beer snob, most people would probably love this beer. My wife had the pork chops and I had the steak, and between us, yes, we both had to be rolled out because we couldn't stop eating! The baked beans my wife ordered were incredibly delicious!

Our waitress was very nice! We were told that our food would last an hour on arrival. We decided to sit and wait, and we were so happy that we did! I sipped on summerals and our appetizer came within 10 minutes. We had the Firecracker Burger, expensive, best Burger I ever had! Worth waiting on a busy Friday night! I couldn't finish my meal.

The lunch buffet is minimal, but all the food they spend is soooo good. The service was great and they went beyond and beyond to accommodate my little ones. We will definitely come back.

It was my first time there last night. The service was excellent! There was so much to do! Corn hole by the fireplace, pool tables upstairs, bingo at the bar and we watched the ufc fight. Next time I will try the food!
