Love this restaurant since I first tried it. Very fast.

Freaky slow at lunch. I ordered day old bread. 15 minutes later I got it and it was frozen. I understand that they get a ton of business on a military post at lunch, but that’s predictable so they should compensate for that.

Great service. They try to be as fast as they can with what they have. I think it's great how everyone has a smile even when busy. Always a good sandwich.

Placed my online order at 1110 I waited until 1140 before asking for a refund. The customers that were walking up to order were getting their food before me. They should just do away with online ordering at this location. They are consistently messing this up.

This JJ is not freaky fast, it took them 20 min to complete my order. The first time I’ve seen a JJ this slow. Terrible service
