First of all thank you Bety. Not only were you incredibly rude while I was trying to order. But you didn’t even get our full order. I’m sorry your day isn’t going the way it should. But making rude comments about customers and talking trash as if we cannot hear you and then slamming the window in my face oh and my order was wrong on top of it. Thank you BK. Wont even go into the 20plus minute wait. The lack of professionalism between both team members that were present. Looking at all of these reviews I’m not sure why Ms Bety is still at this location. Unfortunately Ms Bety made it so I didn’t feel comfortable going back in and getting my order correct. This was an all around miss from start to finish. Tried to order the $6 value deal with a bacon dbl cheeseburger. Asked for dry and if tomatoes no tomatoes. Got an elderly cashier with an attitude correcting me that I just wanted pickles I said no sauce no tomatoes. Gave me a plain double cheeseburger only pickles. Do not go here go off post or to Ed center this place consistently screws up orders. Meal type: Lunch
