After a long day at Safari Niagara, we were eager to find something fresh and delicious to eat. Luckily, we stumbled upon the best-kept food secret in the Niagara area before hitting the road. Maestro Eddie, the friendly and personable owner of the food truck, made our dining experience memorable. He recommended menu items and served us the most delicious garlic parmesan fries we've ever had. One of us tried the Pork Squared sandwich while the other savored Eddie's best Canadian Burger – both dishes were amazing. Eddie even went above and beyond by preparing a quintessential Poutine plate for us to try, showcasing his love for his craft and customers. The prices were reasonable, about half of what you'd pay at a mediocre restaurant near the falls, and the food was fresh. This food truck is definitely on the rise, and we wish we lived closer so we could return. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Eddie!

He guided us through the menu, recommended dishes, and served us the most delicious garlic parmesan fries we had ever tasted. One of us tried the Pork Squared sandwich while the other enjoyed Eddie's famous Canadian Burger – both were fantastic! When Eddie learned that we hadn't yet tried Poutine on our Canadian vacation, he quickly put together a perfect plate for us to savor. It was clear that Eddie is passionate about his craft and his customers. The prices were very reasonable (much lower than what you'd pay at a mediocre restaurant near the falls) and the food was fresh.
