Rookie's Ice Cream - Fort Edward

Ah-Mazing! Soft serve with a drive thru , it won't be much better than that! Their ice cream is great, their biscuits are even better, HOMEMADE huge cookies with their ice cream, they taste combinations that they combine are just perfect. We used to be fans of a more popular ice cream compound in the area, but we ate at least once a week this summer and will enjoy some of this week before they close. The staff is very pleasant and fast. You're just a bar connection, so stop at the ATM before going. Bring your fur babies for a treat too, our chocolate lab also enjoyed its cold treats. Thank you. I was told the ice cream sandwiches are a must. I ordered the Black Eye Susan and it was absolutely delicious. Put your hands down the best ice cream sandwich I've ever had. The staff is super nice. I love the outside seats. I definitely come back and bring the family.
