Restaurant Francoeur Steakhouse

Our family loved eating, service and hire on the side deck at the new location of the restaurant. now is located next to the metro, from the main road. the homemade pizza is delicious. we are coming back! children are not allowed. because of gambling machines, but we felt welcome on the side deck.

It must be one of the worst places I've ever eaten. In this place with a party of I think 10 in New Year's Eve with reservations, they were even informed before we come that all order Steak.... Honestly, I don't know where to start the inability of the staff and who cooks here. The 10 steaks came apart about 15-20 minutes. Nothing had any kind of sailor, a total lack of salt/pepper and it looked out and tasted like it was cooked or thrown into the microwave. All for $26 for a t-bone. Seriously, if you appreciate your money and have ever cooked before, avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. Totally unacceptable. To be fair and the only reason why they have two stars is because I just ended up paying for a steak. But that made me complain to make a scene and offer to go to the kitchen, so I can show them how to make a steak in a pan (because their bbq is only turned on weekends, apparently screw special occasions like New Years) Avoid You have this place like the plague seriously, I don't think they actually have any chefs or chefs here and if they do, they should never have the opportunity to come back to the kitchen. The cook or whoever it was even the boldness to tell me, We did the best with what was available to us, have you never made a steak? This is really hard to screw

Always very happy with our meals when we eat here. Eating reminds me of a good Home Cooked Meal. Our server spoke English very well. Would not hesitate to go back when served in the area, the portion size was sufficient and wait time adequate for quality of food.

Little cramped inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Service was good overall. Food was overall good and one could not complain about it. Menu had considerable variety.
