Sushi Jeju - Fort Collins

JeJu has the best Japanese/Korean food in Fort Collins and also the best Sushi in town. I've gone there multiple times during last few years with friends and family whenever we are in a mood for Asian food (excl. chinese/indian), which is their specialty. They have a good selection of fine sake and appetizers to go with that Hamachi Kama and dumplings are my favorites. They make a wide variety of Sushi, Sashimi, and also unique rolls I have not tasted elsewhere. I highly recommend their yami yami and dragon roll .Inside ambiance is very nice (I'd say upper end of casual to formal), and they also have seats at the counter and summer outdoor seating. The waiting staff has always been friendly and professional.JeJu's is a gem of a restaurant and you get best quality food at reasonable prices.

The food here was very delicious!! The samurai and garlic avalanche rolls were my favorite, very fresh and lots of flavor! Our server Bri was super attentive and made sure we were in good hands!! I highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area

Hands down, the best sushi in Fort Collins. I have been going to this restaurant for many years and they have always had a friendly and knowledgeable staff with great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Rice is terrible. Fish isn’t fresh we had to send some of it back because it was extremely fishy.

This place is amazing. Been coming here 15+ years. The service is the best but honestly the fish is the best part. Freshest fish in town. Love this place.
