Rise! Breakfast - Fort Collins

Rise was great! They had a special of turkey burnt ends and it was wonderful. We wondered if turkey burnt ends might be dry but they were very moist and very well seasoned. The service was great. Sorry I can't remember the waitress's name but she was wonderful. The service from the kitchen was really fast. The last couple of times we had gone to Rise this was not the case, so we really appreciated the speed with which our food came. It's great to see Rise thriving!

Wasn't happy with what I ordered, owner corrected that very quickly and kindly. Thank you!

After living in Ft Collins for a few years, Rise is our favorite breakfast spot. The dishes are thoughtful and feel elevated. They are always balanced, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious! Don’t be scared to try some of the less-traditional menu items or the specials that the chef(s) take time to curate! You won’t be disappointed! Keep supporting small businesses, Fort Collins!

Such a great find! Super friendly staff especially the owner! Best bacon in Fort Collins??? .... has to be a close match between these guys and William Olivers Tavern. you decide. Everything was delicious, service was amazing. A bright, clean and fun local place.

This place is incredible! Such a cute breakfast joint but the food is simply amazing. I loved the option of having a single French pressed coffee. The barbacoa Benedict was incredible. So flavorful and tender. The potatoes were a great balance of crispy and tender. The arugula salad was a lovely touch to the dish. Whenever I come to foco im gonna hit this place and try more options.
