Jay's Bistro - Fort Collins

The service was amazing and our meals were excellent. Very tender, bison, ribeye wonderful carrot, purée underneath tender, fingerling, potatoes, amazing sautéed mushrooms and a delicious wine recommended by our server. We will definitely miss everything about Jay bistro

Our server provided great service for our party of four. Food quality was good however several listed menu items were not available to us. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Food was not for my taste, others in my party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Service was slow and drawn out to encourage more drinking. Staff was nice, seemed a nit stodgy to me. We were part of a larger party, 20% tip was automatically added, we were asked how much more we would like to add

Reserved a table for a birthday dinner and it was a lovely evening. Live jazz and a nice atmosphere all around. Great food, we loved the salmon and lamb shank entrees. It was a little busy at 7 on a Saturday, so plan to spend at least 2 hours here if you choose a weekend. We would definitely come back for another celebration some day!
