Himalayan Bistro - Fort Collins

Our first time to eat here. We had the vegetable coconut curry, it was phenomenal!! So flavorful, the rice was so tender. The Dal soup is beyond words. Can’t wait to go back and try another dish!

I have never actually been to Himalayan Bistro, but my husband and I order delivery from there frequently via order up! I have ordered plenty on the menu and everything I've had has been delicious! Vegetable samosa and the lamb korma are some of my favorites on the menu. Their chai tea is amazing as well!

We were so impressed with the food tonight. Everything that we had was absolutely delicious. The tandoori chicken and coconut curry were both spot on and full of flavor. Probably will be our new favorite spot.

Our first time at the Himalayan Bistro was wonderful! I'd say easily the best around in this type of food from the Himalayan region, and we have some pretty good restaurants in this genre, in Northern Colorado!

I made it to Himalayan Bistro for dinner last Friday and absolutely loved it! The restaurant featured stunning pictures from Nepal, staff was very friendly and the drink choices kept me happy. Best part: the food was absolutely amazing! I had a momo appetizer and chicken Briyani. Both were full of flavor but not super spicy. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the items on the menu. Thanks for bringing more Nepali cuisine to Fort Collins. Absolutely recommended!
