First Watch - Fort Collins

I go to First Watch somewhat frequently. The food is always tasty, and their specialty breakfast juices are always refreshing try the boost too ? This past weekend, my buddy I had THE MOST DELIGHTFUL waitress we 've had in all our First Watch visits ? Kayla from Cali you 're the best!!! First Watch, PLEEEEEEASE bring back the Sweet Potato Brisket Hash!!!!! This was the best thing I 've ever tasted from your menu...EVER! This [Regular Potato] Brisket Hash was a step in the right direction...but still doesn’t compare ? The Sweet Potato Brisket Hash was my 1st meal there....and the reason I came back a 2nd time. We could say every other visit has been in hopes of getting the Sweet Potato Brisket Hash Parking: Parking is a nightmare ?? I won 't take away the 5 stars though ???‍

Nice laid back breakfast joint, food was great and service was spot on.

Food was cold, wait staff didn’t care at all. Avoid this place at all costs for somewhere better.

This is a great place to eat. Food is always great, staff is friendly and attentive.

I would have to summarize everything as good, but not remarkable. Coffee was fine, maybe a bit burnt tasting. Tried the Shishito Pepper hash. Eggs were cooked a bit over (ordered sunny side up) and not very runny. Overall it was fine but just lacked a bit of identity, was expecting something a bit more pepper forward, but didn't get that too much. Maybe more peppers and lighter on the cheese and potatoes would help.
