Bawarchi Biryanis - Fort Collins

Excellent food! Very recommended to try it. Portions are very generous, so visit with empty stomach! We will definitely try more dishes again.

I was looking for an authentic Indian restaurant in Longmont, CO. I tried a few and although some came close, but no one met the expected authenticity. Today we visited Fort Collins for another reason and came across Bawarchi Biryanis, Fort Collins. The mood and aroma were irresistible. We decided to try. We ordered Chilli Chicken, Hyderabadi Chicken Curry, Garlic Naan, Chole Bhature and Hyderabadi Chicken biryani. I already salivated from the aroma, and the taste was not disappointed either. Hyderabadi Chicken Curry had already activated all my taste buds, but the Biryani only took it to a different level. The best thing was that, although the spice level was medium, the authenticity of the flavors was not affected. My wife could see that more than 5 begins to tweak in my eyes. I can honestly say that this is the most authentic Indian restaurant I have eaten in Colorado.

Delicious food. Perfect spice. Great variety of options. Environment 10/10. I like it very much. chefs seem cool too. I'd kill an animal smaller than 10 square inches to eat here again.

The food here is delicious and this is my favorite Indian restaurant in Fort Collins. The flavors melt in your mouth and each dish is so unique. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving Indian cuisine! I am going to be a regular at this restaurant after my first amazing experience! 5 stars all around
