As far as I know, this is the first outlet that KFC opened in Kerala. Remember to go all the way to Vytilla to get buckets of chickens on the way to Calicut until the franchise spreads to Northern Kerala. Maintenance and consistency do not seem to be their purpose, sad.
Chicken was dry and not delicious. Staff doesn't care. I didn't like my experience here. You need to improve
Although I was in the devastated and seemingly haunted Gold Souk, I was surprised to see a fully functional KFC. The service was good and the place is spacious and large and was well maintained.
