Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Bragg

Should have read the reviews first. Food was laughably bad. Threw in the trash.

Usually, this location has been decent or even excellent. Today? Horrible.I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, and only got an acknowledgement after asking the 'disinterested employees ' if the store was open ? The 2 employees i could see both looked at me and went about their duties as is i was invisible... The one closest to the front shook her head and huffily took my order, obviously bothered i interrupted her for the reason she 's employed .... ? CUSTOMERS.The indifferent employee went about her business, the 'bothered one ' who finally took my order, and i saw her overfill a smoothie for another customer, that was oozing its green smoothie contents steadily down the side of the cup... no effort or concern to wipe it, or secure the lid that was noticeably not fully on tightly... to top it off, she 'weakly ' called out the order like the character in Police Academy movie, which didn 't get the customers attention.... he finally came out of curiosity to get his order.They seemed to obviously hate their job... ??I have it 2 instead of 1, bc the food and Smoothies WERE yummy. The customer service was atrocious. ?

I literally just created a yelp account only to leave this review. I come here at least 3-4 times a week for work lunch. I always make a mobile order then show up 20-30 mins later for pick up. There is the same female cashier who is normally there behind the register when I arrive. ill politely give her my name and spell it out EACH AND EVERY TIME!! she always does this split-second stare at their refrigerator before telling me it's not ready. always before I can respond to ask can she please take another look she'll starts attending the next customer. Since Ive been coming here ive never once had her hand me my food I always have to signal another worker usually in the kitchen who come finds my order in the first 5 seconds. it's pretty time consuming as I still wait around 30 mins longer for my mobile thats always ready the same cashier just never does right.. Everyone else is super friendly and cool!

Ordered online.....picked it up and opened it and it was just thrown in the box. The bottom was burnt and the end pieces didn't have any chicken in it. What a waste of money. No pride was taken when putting this food together.

I've arrived at 0750 and they told me it was closed.
