Bidra med feedbackDropped in this morning to pick up a couple of items, my first visit to this store. This Safeway location has the same great food selection, service, and prices that I enjoy at home over 500 miles away. If you find my review helpful, please give me a thumbs ???? Thank you!
As always Safeway is a wonderful place to shop. The Bakery and Deli are superb. My only issue walking in was the number of shoppers ... clearly this is the best grocery store in Fort Bragg CA. I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and speed of out checkout by Robin. I began to help bag and before I could touch a product I was asked, May I bag for you? The service here was 5 star! I intentionally took a line with 2 super full carts in front of me as my wife was lookingfor one last product. I was being checked out before she finally returned The other lines were moving at a similar pace but hands down... most had baskets... and Robin had carts.... she and her bagger who 's name escapes me (to my shame)were spectacular in there performance. Did I mention she engaged me in dialog that made me feel like I was at my home Safeway? I truly recommend this store... and if you see Robin... tell her she 's awesome!
Great store. Better choices and a nicer store than the one's we frequent in the East Bay Northern California. The people that work there are all super friendly and helpful. Wish we could clone or move this store and put it where we live! Great job Safeway Fort Bragg, great job and thank you! ????
15 people waiting in line for 1 checkout line. Second time in a row I've been there, filled a cart and walked tf out after I saw the lines going all the way down the aisle. But rest assured they got 3 people putting flowers away cuz that's what's needed.
Hi, I was shopping at about 4:30 pm today, 11/17/22 in the Fort Bragg, CA, 95460 store. Couple of issues 1. There was a total of 1 checker available for all the customers with over 15 items in their carts. There were EIGHT carts behind me in my line, and I wasn't even at the checkout yet. The other people waiting to check out with lesser item quantities, were also in the larger number line because their express checkout lines were too long to tolerate. 2. Isuggested to the ONE checker, a very kind young man, that he call for more checkers. Eventually, after another ten minutes, somebody arrived and the people from the END of my line immediately filed into his newly opened check outstation. Hmmm.... So, since I was quite, quite frustrated, tired, and angry that I had been standing in line for SOOO long, I yelled that I had been in line for about a half an hour, and what was he doing taking people from the end of myline before those of us who'd been waiting much longer 3. He looked at me. He never answered. He continued to serve the line crashers ahead of those of us who had been waiting significantly longer. 4. I walked over to him after Ireached the checkout and was done paying, and told him that he's supposed to open methodically offer to take the folks who had been waiting the longest. He muttered something about being about ready to go home or something else quiteirrelevant. So what is this? This is complete lack of concern for customers. On another note, I asked the deli supervisor if the store had ANY sharp cheddar. He said, yes, Lucerne cheese over by dairy... um, Lucerne doesn't evenqualify as cheese in my book. That's like asking for single malt Irish and being directed to the big box Budweiser in a can. So let's not pretend that this particular Safeway offers more than so so, average food items. Here's thetake away: Safeway is charging prices that are high. YET, Safeway is NOT giving us the service that we deserve gi
