Burger King - Fort Belvoir

It's food and it's fast. The people here are nice, met Abby on the drive thru today and although they were out of a bunch of things, she was cool calm and collected. Thank you. Abby, your southern Belle hospitality is most welcome in this stressful time.

I'm not one to complete these incoming surveys, and I actually couldn't find out how to access the survey, but I had Marilyn as our checkout today and she was an absolute pleasure working with. She made the whole transaction pleasant and smooth. We got everything we ordered, and I just wanted to show my appreciation for all Marilyn and the Burger King teams?

The food quality was good and consistent with the chain brand, but the service was extremely slow and inefficient. They also lacked knowledge of how the retractable line dividers control the stanchions to form a customer line to the register.

I usually stop in the mornings for breakfast on my way to work, if I have time. However lately, they have been out of biscuits which is what I usually order. I don't mind the waffle sandwiches, except they are usually overcooked and hard so I would rather not eat them. I also stopped ordering any thing with sausage or bacon, because each time I did, the sandwich tasted funny and I couldn't eat it. The staff is fine, usually no issue with them. They're polite enough and I've only received the wrong order once or twice.
