A wonderful evening in a large wine garden. Very friendly young hosts, good wine, a great goat cheese etrudel, the best liver dumplings of all time, great ambience under an impressive platan, reasonable prices. Very good!

It was very nice. The food was fresh and delicious. And the Dessert Super, poppy with steamed plums. Who I think is still in my mouth today.

For 400 years a good choice The renown estate is located in the picturesque wine village Forst and celebrates its 400th anniversary this year. We have been visiting the Palatinate Wine Route for 40 years and a visit to the Spindleer Winery is obligatory for us. The traditional rustic wine bar has been carefully renovated and the beautiful guest garden is unique. You can enjoy first-class wines and classic Palatinate cuisine throughout shaded trees. The change in the generation is noticeable in the menu: besides somages, liver dumplings, ragsteak and sausages, there are also dishes such as blood sausage with walnut crisp, potato puree and Beluga lenses on the map. Also the spindler burger with table lace, pastrami, crispy fried bacon, white wort, onions and rocket tasted surprisingly well. We can only recommend to every wine road visitors to take a stop in the winery Spindler in beautiful weather absolutely in the beautiful garden.
