Blue Flame Cafe - Forrest City

Everything was great I gave a tip to the cook she is great the best soul food restaurant in town hats off to the blue flame

Went for lunch. Food was good. Hubby and I enjoyed it.

The chitterlings were undercooked, and the meatloaf tasted like it was covered in four cheese spaghetti sauce. The greens were overly salty, and I noticed a lack of proper hygiene practices—no hairnets, gloves, or handwashing were evident. Additionally, there were roaches on the ceiling, and people were smoking cigarettes inside the restaurant. This place really needs to improve its cleanliness!

I had an awesome time! My friends convinced me to try the wings, and they were absolutely delicious—so mouthwatering! The music was great, and there was a nice variety of drinks available at the bar. Plus, it’s open until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays!

I encountered a really kind lady behind the counter. They don’t accept debit or credit cards, but she kindly let us walk to the bank next door to get cash to pay after our meal. Don’t let the confusing directions on Google Maps cause you to miss this place. The staff is wonderful, and it's a charming little soul food café.
