Involved by a couple of friends we have, habitué of the place, we wanted to try this location in spigno saturnia (placed to me unknown before this culinary experience). the menu of the evening has been:two cuts of meats and cheeses vote ziti to the sugo of lard vote burgers dishes of fries fresh cut and not frozen, what not recently) vote provola roasted a dish of pasta to the bacon porkettate vote ice cream coffee coca bottle lt and bottled water seasoned with breathtaking panorama total euro honest price)Finally a real farm I know with excellent food and products. Very recommended and experience to be done soon. Ps. ziti al sugo di lardo legendary. I haven't eaten so well for years. in numerical grades are indicated only the courses I have personally tried. Outstanding!
The bed breakfast location is exquisite, let them say this. the accommodation is a little quirky, but it has a lot of charm. the owners are charming and very helpful and the real, domestic eating is fantastic. they do not come here to experience great luxury they come here to experience real Italian hospitality.
We were for a week in the januar enjoying the environment, host, food and use. the host who spoke English was very friendly and encouraged our attempt to use our elemental Italian. we made wonderful day trips to minturno, roccamonfina, sessa aurunca, formia and gaeta. we were friends with the hostess and hostess and made pizza together. the location is located on the side of a mountain at the end of a one-lane road and looks at the golf of gaeta km under stunning.
This charming little farm on a hill is absolutely wonderful. the hospitality of the owners was beyond and beyond the expectations. the view from the terrace is stunning and we have enjoyed a beautiful dinner with prosecco and good wine.
