Fuji Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi Sushi (forked River)

Small plates of food and nasty service. 13 of us had hibachi last night. The portions on all of our plates were smaller than a child?s portion. The female manager has a really nasty way of talking to guests. They also didn?t tell us that gratuity wasincluded. We didn?t realize till we got home that we?ve double tipped.

Absolutely delicious! The full hibachi experience. Fun fun fun! We went without a reservation but they do recommend having one. Nonetheless, we were a party of 5 accommodated fairly quickly. My kids loved it and my husband and I were entertained and filledup on yummy food.

This place was excellent, the fish was so fresh and the manager was a true gentleman. I was there yesterday celebrating my birthday which they made very special. I would rate this place 10 stars and compare the quality to New York City?s food.

Food is always good. Filet was cooked perfect this time. Some chefs are obviously better than others. Was very busy the last night we were there and the waitress was a little frazzled. All in all still planning to go back.

One of the best places for Habatchi in all New Jersey. Never been disappointed in the 7 years I been visiting this establishment. The chief's are colorful and excellent at their craft. The wait staff is also very kind and always make sure allof your needs are met for your dining experience. Highly recommend!!!
