Fuji Japanese Steakhouse - Forked River

I absolutely adore the authentic Japanese cuisine at this restaurant, especially the traditional Japanese seating areas. We tried the Fuji Combination Tempura and found it to be great value, highly recommending it. The beef Sukiyaki was also delicious and satisfying. The sushi and maki we ordered were fresh and delightful. The service was excellent as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse. The exterior didn't do it justice. The food was of excellent quality, especially the filet mignon which is now one of my top picks. I would recommend this restaurant, especially for families. The atmosphere was also very entertaining.

I've been here for years and they've never been disappointed. The food is excellent and my favorite place to get sushi! I really like getting friends together to eat at the sunken table (if you can't kneel, you can confuse your legs underneath what's beautiful.

We frequently drive by this restaurant and always see the parking lot full. We finally decided to try it out for an early dinner at 4 PM on Saturday. The timing was just right. We both opted for sushi with brown rice. The special Kobe roll was amazing! We did find the soup and salad dressing to be on the sweeter side compared to what we're used to. The brown rice was decent. Overall, the food was great and we were satisfied with the prices.

Excellent decor, love the fish tank. Service was good, food was very delicious, very generous too shooting sake in your face. My only complaint would be they don't serve noodles with hibachi lunch like most places.
