Small Batch Barbecue - Forest Park

I'm always a little hesitant to try new BBQ places, but I'm all in here! Some places can have bland sauces, dry meat, no flavor other than the meat, but not this places. Turkey and brisket were not try at all, and all the sauces had good flavor (even the garlic buffalo). You could taste the meat, but it wasn't just meat there was more flavor there. Food was good but the portions are really small. I didn't realize that the cute restaurant name was also giving you a hint as to what you'd receive in your order. 50 bucks for 2 tiny meals is a rip off

Had been excited to try the bbq here and got half slab of ribs today and they were super dry, not much smoke and had almost no flavor.. Really bummed, was dying for some good ribs today.

I order through grub hub. The meat was great. However the sides were not great. The coleslaw tasted sour and dry. The bake beans were over cook and spicy. The meat is goods but skips the sides.

My family has been meaning to try this place for a while. We ordered takeout tonight for the first time — it was truly great. Two in our household don't eat beef or pork, but they loved the smoked turkey. The brisket was tender and full of flavor on its own (although we all enjoyed the sauce too). Definitely our new go-to for BBQ. (edited to add a written review)
