I go here pretty regularly, however, the quality is inconsistent. We order the same thing most of the time and each time it tastes slight different or it’s undercooked or overcooked. We still like it compared to the other stuff available near by.
App is hard to use…when you try and sign up and you own a recycled cell number it , stops you cold and won’t deal with you….
This location will never answer their phones. It’s so annoying plus the staff is very rude. Avoid this place, if you can.
As a business owner myself, customer feedback should be welcomed and acted upon. It is very unfortunate that I have to leave this review but one must speak up. The lack of communication available with this business for any sort of update to an order or if the order needs to be fixed, is very upsetting. My family will always give a business multiple chances to fix issues but enough is enough. As a customer/consumer, we have all the rights to go elsewhere where our dollar goes further..and moving forward we will do just that. With the current economic situation in this country, we cannot be treated as our dollar doesn’t mean anything. If an order is incorrect please understand that when a customer gives you that feedback, please acknowledge it and try to rectify the issue not just give an attitude or make the customer feel they are wrong when THEY ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY IN YOUR BUSINESS.
