Bidra med feedbackI absolutely adore Carbone. I prefer my pizza to have a thin crust, fresh veggies, and stringy cheese. I particularly love when the pizza is cut into squares. I have a habit of eating the crispy edge pieces first while letting the inside pieces cool. I have to fight the urge to keep eating, to avoid feeling unhappy later. In the Midwest, we have plenty of pizza joints to choose from, but in other states, finding good pizza can be a challenge. That's why whenever I visit home, I make sure to indulge in Carbone's delicious pizza a few times.
This is the best pizza in the Forest Lake area. They have the best thin crust (probably in the Twin Cities) and use an authentic sauce that is delicious! It reminds me of the sauce my Italian grandmother made in Brooklyn for her pizza. From this point on, it won’t get any better than this! Thank you Carbone's for keeping it real!
