Schlotzsky's - Forest Hill

I went to this location today for lunch! I'm from out of state..but am please to report I was extremely happy with the service! Your staff was beyond friendly. The food was amazing as it is at all locations I've been to! Keep up the good work!

Our sandwiches didn't have the bacon like we asked on them, but I noticed we weren't charged for it. The veggie Supreme wasn't cooked all the way through. I'm guessing bc of the amount of toppings in it, it needed to be pushed back a little more to come a little longer. The bacon on my turkey bacon club was not crispy like I asked. Are you wondering why I gave them 5 stars? It was a lot of young people working. They got twisted up in orders at one point, and almost missed a guy by giving him the wrong food. The pizzas I originally wanted, was the Supreme and the meat lovers but they didn't have the toppings for that. So I went with what they did have. Never once did any of these young people have attitudes. They tried really hard to accommodate me bc both pizzas I ordered were not available. They were very nice, calm, and they worked together. At least that's what you seen from my side of the counter. The store was clean. Which is also a big deal to me. So I feel like things happen, and sometimes it's out of our control. We are human, and we will make mistakes. With all of that being said, this location still deserved a 5 star in my opinion. I hope they see this, and they know their hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Great job ladies and gentlemen! Went to the store on 6/29/2022 around 7:45ish.

Good customer service. The sandwiches were so good. No long lines the place was very clean.

This is the greatest Schlotzsky's ever. It actually has real paper towels on the tables. It has a relish bar with pickles, jalapenos and other condiments. Real salt and pepper shakers. They are drink situation is very good. They have one of those multi machines that are nice but causes a backup because some people don't know how to work it and other people's try to sit and fill up their drink to the very edge. I usually drink tea so they have a separate ice machine and separate area for tea and even some fruity drinks. I eat at Schlotzsky's quite often. This one seems to be the nicest and best setup that I've ever been to.

Went thru drive thru Never again, wait was long, cashier had issues w my card. Didn’t give me napkins nor a straw. Very dissatisfied w service at drive thru window Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
