Pizza Hut - Forest Grove

I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits and bell pepper. It came with bell pepper cheese and sauce only. When I called the store they said they could nothing about it. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut AGAIN.

Aside from not having a variety of soft drinks to choose from, the pizza was good and faster than expected wait times.

Poor customer service on behalf of the manager she refused to let my pregnant wife place a order even though she was willing to pick up at 11:15 an store is open until 12. she was so upset about the way my mom ordered food that she could not serve us ,however they repeatedly mess up our orders and we pay full price for items we do not receive. Very unhappy with our purchases anthe poor customer service.

I ordered half pepperoni and half contadina bacon or ham. With all covered with black olives and pineapple There was absolutely no pepperoni on it at all. I will not be ordering from pizza hut any longer. The brownies were good though -Michelle Griffiths

I ordered a delivery order online. Was notified that it did not go through and to contact the store. I contacted the store double checked that the transaction did not do through and was not going to be delivered. I ordered carry out since I had 4hungry kids waiting for dinner. I went to pick up my Carry out order and received a call that pizza had been delivered after Ihad just paid for the carry out. I informed the worker there and was told it was not her fault and that she couldn?t do anything? sorry?. I was charged for 4 pizzas, 4 breadsticks, and a Sierra Mist. All I wanted to order in the end was 2 pizzas and 2breadsticks. Horrible customer service on the phone and in person will not go back this place sucks. 0/5 stars.
