Pizza Hut - Forest

People are always friendly and pleasant. The restaurant is always clean inside and out

The pizza was made perfect but the customer service sucked! I asked for my receipt and the girl turned around and made a comment and said really? I said yes, I would like my receipt. She stormed away and got someone to print my receipt off for me. That is NOT good customer service. Everyone should be given their receipt when they purchase one. Train your employees on proper etique and manners. It was bought a the Forest Pizza Hut on Hwy 35.

Some of the best pizza around. It was really delicious and the employees are great.

1. Waited 40 mins for our food 2. Our order was wrong. 3. Forgot about us in drive thru 4. Our remade pizza was an old pizza waited 15 minutes for a cold pizza! Only good thing about this trip was it was a free order!!! Never AGAIN!!!

I ordered cheese sticks, but they arrived squished, hard, and overcooked.
