Hardee's - Forest

Went in and ordered lunch for a coworker and I. They made fresh fries so it took just a few min longer. When I got back to work, I realized they left the 2 apple turnovers so I called and explained. The manager picked up the phone and apologized. Offered to either let me get it next time I come, or bring it to me since I work down the road. When he came less than 30 min later, the turnovers were fresh and he also gave a couple coupons and his card for if I have anymore problems. THAT is great customer service and I will be visiting this location again when I’m in the area.

The food was fast, fresh, and in expected portions. 'Nuff said?

The last couple of hamburgers I got from this location have been delicious. They look like they do on the menu.
