Bidra med feedbackNewly installed on forcalquier, this Moroccan restaurant offers tajines and coucous. The intern, white, is successful, with a dining room and a more typical sitting room. Moroccan music in the background and a team smiles. On the menu side it's too fair for the moment with 2 thongs and 2 cuckoos. Coated plate, the quantities are more than enough. Coté taste we'd like to meet in Casa or Tangier, but we stay in Forcalquier. Drinking is a mistake. No alcohol, by concept tells us the boss. Overall frustrated as the 5 stars are within reach. What we should do: Bread in bowl with coucous Side condiments, like grapes with canelle, purée herd, brine garlic Separate the semolina of other foods. We did not imagine Moroccan lunch in Forcalquier at all, but its pretty terrace and the sun stretched our arms and we did not resist. We've had fun! An eggplant caviar intake followed by a very scented and perfectly cooked lamb. A treat! The restaurant is held by a young couple who just settled, and frankly I don't doubt their success, because the kitchen is of quality and the service provided by the husband is very smiling and pleasant.
