Kids wanted a snack. The food is good and my kids enjoy eating these dolled up cheese dogs. I think it is just too expensive for a snack. The girl working the register was friendly and the store is just grab and go with outdoor seating available to eat. Located in the upper part of Waikele outlet shopping center.

Just one is enough! I thought, but the size is huge!The hot dog on the top of the picture has small French fries around it and is crispy and delicious, and the hot dog on the bottom looks spicy but it wasn't so spicy and was delicious!

I ordered 1 PC classic and I waited for almost 30 mins for it. They're not even organized with their service.

After ordering, we waited 30 minutes for our order of a single Messy Kinako with Beef Sausage filling. It was good but not worth waiting 30 minutes. Didn 't look like they were THAT busy either. They offered no explanation, no smiles, no apologies. Just, thank you for waiting . Worst customer service I 've had in a long time.

There was a little bit of a wait, the drink fridge was broken, and they don't give covers with fountain drinks. It's a good thing I like the cheesy goodness lol My food was great and exactly what I wanted and I love all the sauce options on the side. The seating area outside was pretty busy, but for a Saturday it was expected. Overall happy with my snack choice.
