Placed an order at 7:20 for delivery. Received an email saying food would be delivered in 40 mins. At 8:30 food still not arrived, phoned Camille and told driver was 5 mins away. At 8:50 still no food. Phoned again and told them we didn’t want the food as it would be cold when arrived. 10 mins later driver arrived totally oblivious that we had cancelled our order, not the drivers fault he is just doing his job. Take sways should not take on too many orders if they cannot handle the volume. Disappointed with the poor service and will not be ordering again. Ordered the Fried Calamari, Chicken Fried Rice and the well recommended Pad Thai. The Calamari was crispy and had a great texture and the chicken fried rice was amazing, fresh ingredients and flavour! But the Pad Thai was a huge let down. Chicken and egg seemed not fresh and rather old chicken being reused in the pad Thai and gave me a really horrible taste and the flavours were way off. Felt funny after eating a few spoons and threw out the rest of the Pad Thai. Hope you guys do a better job with all dishes equally as chicken fried rice comparatively was way fresher and better compared to pad Thai.
