Le Chamois; La Toussuire

Really bad experience. Had to wait 20 minutes for the table to be cleaned, when te tabel was cleaned we had to wait another 20 minutes to order something. We ordered the chicken burger and a pizza. The chicken burger arrived after 15 minutes. The pizza arrived 25 minutes after the chicken burger. No good timing between the two dishes, we couldn’t eat at the same time. Also no peper, salt or sauces were delivered at our table. The potatoes with the burger were raw, and really gross. The staff also was very rude and not friendly, the cutlery were just smashed on our table without saying anything. Most likely not enough staff was present. Would never again visit this restaurant, and don’t recommend it at all.

This is your standard lunch time stop for food and drink when out skiing for the day. We all had pizzas which were lovely. The only thing was a little slow was my coffee at the end. Apart from that highly recommended.

Popular on the slopes with lots of outdoor seating. The food was good and the portions adequate. Prices were as to be expected for a prime location restaurant. The waiters however were very slow and hard to come by. Nice spot to sit and relax/ refresh if you are not in a hurry to get back up onto the slopes

Galettes were lacking a bit of stuffing but desserts were excellent. They offered vin chaud and hot lemon which were also very good. Pancakes were lovely and salads were full. Also at the bottom of the ski slopes so accessible by all from the village and skiers

Stopped here a couple of time for a drink. They had a ski/board show one afternoon/evening. Some instructors sliding along a rail built over a car at the bottom of the slope and in their outside area. Good for half an hours entertainment
