I went with the family today. I order a pizza with soda. The drink comes in a glass, gasped, with ice. Since some cans were brought to the table for two more pizza menus, I kindly ask for can. The waitress answers me “but look at that is exactly the open can and poured into the glass”. I reply that I didn’t want ice anyway, and the waitress replies “boo, but it’s just a cube”.... After a moment of dismay, I kindly request the can, and still I am told that for some reason it is not possible. After insisting, here comes the can. Now, unlike the absurd answers I didn't seem to receive (who asked you for ice? Why some cans and me not, telling me that anyway it was a can poured directly into the glass? , the considerations are trivial: 1 If I ask you to change the change 2 if it is “fused” you declare it in menu 3 if I pay you what problem is there? That said, at least honesty: don’t tell me that it’s an open can and poured into the glass, if then your boss clearly tells me that it’s blur... be taken even around no. Cost question: obviously I pay both the pizza menu (but didn't I just order a pizza?? , that the additional coke. So I pay, for a total of a pizza with coke, about 16 € (13€ a diavola with added mushrooms, 3€ a coke . Now, I repeat: if you want to earn from these things do as well, but at least do not tease the customer with games or children's stories.

Family lunch in everything we were in 9 with a 4-year-old. Great welcome, we prepare the table quickly and we sit in a short time. We choose different dishes from the menus, good quality, however in line with a lunch menu from 13 €. Wide choice of sweets, however made by them. But the nice surprise comes at the time of the bill, the baby did not eat the first and we sent it back practically whole. Without asking for anything, on the other hand it was an orderly dish and arrived at the table, the cost of the dish is not charged, nor is it told, we notice then at home regarding the account. Great class and fairness. Already on other occasions I had appreciated the quality of service and dishes, in particular pizza is really very good, but on this occasion I would say they have exceeded. 5 balls are few, for managers so there should be the possibility to get to 7/8 balls.
