Farmer Boys - Fontana

I am from the Midwest, so I am a burger connoisseur. I tried other chains burgers, meh. But this burger? Tastes like they just butchered the cow and then made it, it is so fresh! It's also a huge burger, so it's worth the money compared to other places. It will fill you up, even if you eat just the burger for a long time. Fresh meat, delicious crisp bacon, all the veggies taste hand-picked, and the bun is soft yet firm. The sauce they put at the bottom is something I normally would skip for ketchup, Michigan's burger condiment of choice, but it's really good! Their fries are thick and soft, and their shakes are insanely good. Thick and will stay that way for a long time. I don't care about the legend of some in and out chain, FARMER BOYS should be California's legend! Fully endorsed by a Midwestern burger woman! The service at this Fontana location is excellent. Every employee here is on point and so polite. You will move through the line quickly. I'd give this place ten stars if Google would let me. If you are in town from the Midwest and fiending for a taste of a real burger, come here. If you are a CA local, the burger hype is Farmer Boys.

My only complaint is the HIGH prices. But i still go there once in awhile bc the food is good.

The cashier said the small amount of fries is normal because it's a promotion. This is a lie. I have purchased this promo 3x and I always received a normal amount of fries. Farmer Boys does not skimp on portions. I wanted management to know that their employees are lazy. They didn't want to drop fries for my order and just gave me what little they had left over. After I complained and insisted this was not my experience the cashier hesitantly offered to make more but she did not hide her annoyance; like it was an inconvenience for her. I declined. This has never happened to me in all the years I've been going here. Very disappointing. Do better!

The bad food had 10 fries in the hamburger, I'm very friendly

Farmer Boys is always a win when it comes to fresh, enjoyable food... prices are steep, but what isn't these days. Usually, the atmosphere is top-notch, but this visit was unusually underwhelming! To say the least, I don't know if staff had a bad day collectively, but the vibes were off.
