Magic place, which fully depicts the tradition and culture that lives in these parts. I went with my girl to dinner and we stayed out on a natural panoramic terrace: even if it was evening, we enjoyed the last shades of sun rays. All the products they use in the kitchen are at their own production, due to the abundance of flora and fauna they have in their property. Friendly and friendly staff. We took 1 mixed cutter with meats and special cheeses, a salted pie of space verdurine. Second 2 wet kids and polenta tanning typical of these parts: the best ever eaten. All accompanied by a mist of the house that thoroughly cleaned the palate. A cake of carrots with orange jam and a semi-freddd with wood fruits: really delicious, I always recommend to take dessert. Moka and genesis to conclude. All at the very modest amount of €50. What to say, he comments on his own. Food and drink of high quality, rich in tradition and love for gastronomy. Beautiful location, which makes you enter the heart of Val D'Aosta. Recommended and to return
Great mountain restaurant, in a welcoming environment, located in a relaxing and peaceful setting. Excellent quality of the food served as well as the modest account presented at the end (the further positive note the use of the pos, which should be mandatory everywhere but in fact it is not. Visited in two days in a row the proposal of the dishes remained very good even if –justly– limited. As the only note of improvement would be what good to balance more portions as some choices result very abundant while others a too poor wire. However a place that deserves a visit and even more.
Shows: The cutter of meats and cheeses Gnocchi stuffed Polenta speck and gorgonzola Cervo in humid Nebbiolo of the house For all the dinner we tried something to complain about, but we did not find it...maybe the flies in the room...but it is understandable seen the weather and the stable nearby...the other a problem solved with little expense. Despite this we have eaten well, kindness and attention in the service, good price considering the genuineness of the products used, so highly recommended!!! Bravo!
