We have been purchasing La Unica crackers for years! Recently the crackers have been stale. This issue is not limited to purchases from one store such as Publix. Purchases from Fresco y Mas, Winn Dixie, Sedanos and Presidente have all had issues. You can find the individual bags inside can find one that is great and others will be awful. I have read others from other sites encountering the same problems with these crackers. Star Bakery management has to step up and find where the manufacturing issue is.
