Taco John's - Fond du Lac

The first time for eating. they were driven several times. the breakfast burritos were very good. coffee for drinks. very nice inside! the customer service was very accommodating. excellent visit and will be back.

That was okay. ole was over boiled and tasted like old oil. the soft dish taco had not much inside. chicken bowl was okay, not much chicken on it. about all good taste, but it wasn't really warm. the personal was friendly.

Ordered two cheese-quadillas and instead got two chicken-quadillas. the burrito had frozen dead in it. they would have only assumed that they were fresh and cold, but in them were as biting in a snow cone.

I generally consider Taco Johns fast food but there was nothing fast about this trip. The time between order and getting my food was 17 minutes. I was one of 6 groups here on Saturday so it certainly wasn’t busy. The general lack of care should have been an indication that disappointment was coming. Drink lids were out, straws low, sauce packets were empty, at least 15 trays were piled by the garbage, and many tables were dirty. While I was waiting 2 people brought up food that had been made wrong or were shorted items. The food was at least good but definitely not 17 minute wait good. It will be a long time before I come back and hopefully they have the basics down by then.

The service was very slow. The food was barely warm. Lettuce was in my beans. Beans were all over the outside of the bowl. Don't know if I will go back.
