Fuji Yummy - Fond du Lac

Super tasty sushi and the walnut garnel is absolutely exquisite! recommend this place if they are for authentic Asian food!

Have been sitting here with my employees on Friday night. it was quite busy and took a long time to come for eating! but overall the service was great, sushi was good for such a small town, and definitiw to visit a place if I look for sushi and don't want to travel for them!

Food was ok. Little to much pepper on my food for me but otherwise it was good. Lady named Boss was very Snippy n rude a lot of the time She could use a better attitude. The Chef was great.

We ordered carry-out. The presentation was nice, and the food was ready when promised. I could tell the hostess was very busy, but not offensive. She was just down to business, which is fine. I understand what it's like to work under pressure and under staffed, which must be the case since there were only three tables with people at the time. We had a few of the large special rolls plus some basic nigiri. It wasn't terrible, but the fish tasted heavily preserved. The rice also had a pre-prepared flavor, like day old made into an approximation of sushi rice, but without the usual light, background vinegar flavor. The rolls didn't have much in the way of spice/flavor either. The prevalent flavor of the rolls was that restaurant-style heavy mayo and not much else. The eel sauce used on one of the rolls was very sweet and almost tasted like Teriyaki sauce.

Sushi and sashimi was great. Table was a little sticky, we tried the ice cream it was ok, but not great. Still probably the best sushi in Fondy.
