Cliff House Of Folsom Brewhouse Grille

We have made reservations for 3 ppl by 9 o'clock on the silvester. I chose the reservation time on open table in the early afternoon and my daughter called the restaurant to confirm by 20 o'clock. we arrived at 9:04 clock. a busser noticed that we waited to sit and went looking for the host. he had already gone out and gone. the cook told him the kitchen was closed at 8:30. we did not live on the road. manager had gone too. we drove 18.5 miles from roseville to the restaurant and then drove another 19 miles to another restaurant that was nice enough to fit us and you will know that we had this big storm in this night. I am disappointed by the cliff house and it is our list of restaurants crossed.

Had a great time in the cliff house for new year dinner. my only knock was that it was dark and I couldn't see the beautiful view while we ate, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. our server was great, I didn't catch his name, but was very attentive and friendly. will return definitiw.

The check-in and sitting was excellent. the entire staff waiting for us were very polite and helpful. I'll give 5 stars. the decor needs updating and the noise level was at a minimum. I had the jambalaya, and it was lacking taste and was very watery.y 2 other friends had the risotto and they had the same opinion as me. my other friend had the grilled salmon and said it was very tasty and tasty. overall, it was okay if it was better to eat, I would go back. the location and view is beautiful.

I haven't been to Cliff House in a couple of years due to poor service. Now I've gone twice in a month. Great service, great food, and can't beat the view. Server let us stay to chat both times and didn't rush us out. Good times.
