Cosmic Charlie's Grateful Grill

Ya'll these peeps showed up for the Phish concert. We saw them the first night and were very intrigued. Yesterday, we ordered the Cosmic Charlie, their classic and holy cow was the burrito the bomb dot com. Definitely, stop by this food truck if you ever see them. Fantastic food! I hope they come to town again. Will definitely be trying their other foods. ????

Cosmic Charlie 's has the efficiency piece nailed down- they should give classes to other area food trucks. We had their burritos and Mac in cheese while they were at Estuary on a Tuesday night. I had the veggie burrito add chicken as a way to get more vegetables than their other burritos seem to offer. We also shared a brisket Mac n cheese hold the bacon since someone in our party doesn 't eat pork and we were sharing it. Even with the 'special orders ' the food was ready almost before we could turn around to wait for our food!! It was delicious too- we will add this food truck to our rotation!

I got the Brisket Mac, which was literally one of the best things I've eaten. Without doubt, one of the best mac and cheese with meat in it that I can remember. They came in a food truck to our neighborhood tonight. For $15, was well worth it.

Tried them for the first time today at Trident Med. Holy Cow!!! The Piggy fries were everything and more!
