Very friendly staff. But pizza quality was terrible, compared to the original, Wellsburg DiCarlos, I grew up with. I traveled back many hours to visit family, and was very, very eager to eat the DiCarlos best pizza in the world. The Wellsburg store was closed for Labor Day, so I bought it from the Follansbee DiCarlos. I was very, very disappointed. The crust was terrible. Service: Take out

Well I’ve been 4 other locations and never once had bad experience. I decided to order from this location(follansbee) and it’s absolutely terrible. DiCarlos is known for cold cheese, I showed up early just so my cheese doesn’t melt. Was told it wasn’t ready yet , waited 5 mins to get my pizza totally melted like the cheese was put in before the oven. Plus the sauce at this location appears to taste different. Very disappointed, as all other locations I’ve tried have all been constantly the same.
