Orchard Lane Coffee House - Folkestone

Sensational coffee and matcha and delicious Swedish buns. Food is vegan, only the dairy milk isn’t. They don’t always have lots of food left in the counter so come early if you’re wanting to eat! Worth a visit for the coffee and the buns. Only complaint is the charge for alternative milk.

This is a beautiful little coffee shop serving very good speciality coffee and offering a great selection of delicious cakes. We had the vegan snickers and the biscoff twix. We sat outside in the sun watching the world go by. A little gem in Sandgate.

Our 3 mile walk from Hythe to this cafe was worth it for the excellent cappuccinos (and the Swedish buns were very good too). Highly recommended, the best cappuccino we’ve had for quite some time.

Looking for coffee on a cold January morning, 10th to be precise, we chanced upon the Orchard Lane Coffee House. What a great find. Possibly due to the time of year and climatic conditions the establishment was not so busy but there was pleasant noise from those customers already in situ. Service was friendly and swift. Coffee was very good as was the vanilla bun. Anyone perusing the plethora of antique-type shops would be wise to pay the Orchard Lane Coffee House a visit. If I am in Sandgate again I will certainly return. Thanks to all responsible for a great little establishment!

Delicious coffee and a vegan pastry, friendly service without too much of a wait. We got our order to take away as the cafe was busy and crowded. More gluten free options would be good, but otherwise, I can’t rate this place highly enough.
