Gurkha Palace - Folkestone

We have been ordering from Gurkha Palace for years now, and they always serve the best vegetarian (and vegan options upon request) dishes. Tonight, there was a problem with some of the food, which is rare considering our past experiences with them. However, their customer service was exceptional. We called to explain the issue, and they were very gracious and promptly sent us fresh replacements for everything we ordered. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff at Gurkha Palace truly care about their kitchen and customers, and it shows in their extraordinary service. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Every time I have dined at Gurkha, I have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic, the service is great, the staff is friendly, and the prices are affordable whether you dine in or order takeout. I always recommend this restaurant to friends and family without hesitation. I will definitely keep coming back and I suggest booking a table in advance to avoid any disappointment.
