Bidra med feedbackWe were four adults and two children. Service was good with fast service from the bar and kitchen. The servers made the children feel very welcome, teaching them a little Spanish. Chips and salsa were fine, as were the margaritas. The guacamole prepared tableside was entertaining for the kids. The entrees were typical Tex-Mex, and came hot. Overall, good for a weekend lunch.
While the outdoor seating and decore of the inside create a fun, family atmosphere, the food at Rio Bravo just did not wow me. While it could have just been a bad dish, the flavors did not blend well and I was left craving Chipotle.
We went there with several friends without a reservation and were immediately sitted. The service is very nice and fast. The food is great and there are tons of options to choose from. We got the guacamole which they made right by the table. And I got a combo deal which was very good, filling and varied. I'll definitely go back there.
Super busy casual Mexican restaurant with great margaritas! I had a the flaming torreno margarita which was delish. Theres a server who makes guacamole to you taste at your table and for dinner we had the carne asada which was also very tasty.. I definately recommend.
I have been here a few times, mostly for dinner. They have a great selection of fancy drinks that are amazing. Their appetizers are very good. The choices of the meals is also an excellent one. As Mexican food goes, the choices are very tasty and you can select whatever it is you want and they will make you pretty much anything you many want, even tho it isn't together on the menu. Parking can be tricky if you want to get a space on the street but there is a train station lot that is available but it is a walk.
