Milanos Pizza - FLUSHING

They're food is very good and fresh and good. Customer service delivery is add time. Every time managers are awesome, they're employees are good. People very considerate and outgoing would eat here every time.

I have been coming here for years on Friday to get pizza for my family. I never will again. Try Mancino 's on Miller rd, Latinas on Bristol rd or Marios on Fenton rd. They would never treat people how they get treated at Milanos. The quote time is never accurate but I tolerate it because it 's close, the pizza is pretty good and they have good deals. Today I waited over 40 mins when quoted a 20 min wait time. Just to be told the pizza didn 't meet our standards so we 're remaking it . I would 've taken just dough at that point. We were hungry and I have two small children waiting too. I told her I couldn 't wait and had to cancel and the manager didn 't even look at me just tapped and handed me a receipt. I really hope someone reads this when they are deciding if they want to give this place a try because I promise it 's not worth it at all. Even little caesars is better than Milanos.

I just can 't get enough of The Everything pizza. I even substituted some of the items I didn 't like and it taste amazing everytime. Best part is when i arrive i simply call and request to have my order brought out to my car and with-in minutes I have my order! Quick and easy!

We ordered online for pickup. Drove 25 minutes one way only to return with an item that was not at all what we ordered. The manager was horrific and absolutely rude! She only cared about arguing that she was the manager, cook, and web designer rather than making a wrong situation right. Do better!

Food was great, service was great, and the food was done quickly despite the place being really busy. Will definitely order again.
