Ace Bagel Cafe Inc. - FLUSHING

Walked in, place was kind of dark and dingy, large bowls of only chicken salad, and tuna in the dark refrigerated case. So unappealing, Why would this place get four stars?

Walked in on a Friday morning, the place looks really sketchy, no bagels on display, fridge looked empty. I would not eat here.

Just got a bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese was 100% spoiled. Be careful what you get from here.

Love their bagels and sandwiches! Staff is very friendly too. Definitely recommend!

So I always order to go as it's always the same. They are always disrespectful and rude the people the take the calls are rude and have no experience with customer service honestly I ask them to let me know who their boss is but they refuse to give it to me. Don't get me wrong the food is ok but customer service is bad
