Delicious. Southern food for the city folk is their motto and let me check that they never disappointed. The blue plate special is as south as it gets; Meat/pages/roll etc... I had the fried chicken and catfish fillets and was very satisfied. Another of my favorite things is the fact that they have breakfast all day. The pancakes are very popular every time.

This place serves southern food like no other. I love the lunch specialties, big blue plate. Friendly people and a great service. I'll be back soon.

This is a great southern cafe and bakery. They have a great shrimp remoulade salad, great plate lunch, and many other tasting offerings. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go for a slice of one of their layer cakes.. Strawberry, Italian cream, coconut..take your pick. They are all made like my momma's! True praise from a southerner.
