Tho there's usually one employee during lunch, he's super fast and friendly. He is also bilingual, I heard him speaking Spanish to another customer.
A few days later, I wanted a quick but filling lunch again, so I returned for another sub. This time, I requested the promotional '50% more meat for 50 cents.' My sandwich was made quickly and fresh, just as expected. As I was about to pay, he asked if I still had the coupon on my phone since it had been acting up. He then asked if I'd help him test it again. As the register accepted the coupon, he smiled and informed me that he had fixed the issue later that day. He thanked me for my patience and apologized again for any inconvenience. In just one week, I ended up with two delicious sandwiches and some extras for free. While I certainly appreciated the savings, having worked in customer service for most of my life, I genuinely value the attention to detail and the effort to ensure customer satisfaction even more!
