Starbucks - Flower Mound

Came at 10:30 on a Sunday and the place looked very unorganized. I didn't know if they were open because there were unopened boxes on the counter and on all floors. No one greeted me and I had to ask if someone could accept my order. 7 people work and 3 of them look like they hate their job/life. Get it together.

What a disappointment. Not only was it dirty and insecure (there were boxes half along the counter, which were to order a puddle water and wet ground) but they were made of just about every pastry and had no sleeves for hot coffee. Burning my fingers wasn't exactly what I wanted to start my day.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks I don’t like, but I especially love this one. Everyone is so friendly, and I love that they actually get to have fun while they work. I came here a few weeks ago when it was “80’s day” and the vibes we immaculate; everyone was singing along and dancing to 80’s music, laughing and having a good time. I’ve worked in places where if we were having fun it was assumed we weren’t working, so any place that encourages fun is a good place in my book

Awesome Starbucks, great customer service, friendly employees, definitely considers customers needs.

15 minute wait with only 2 cars in front of me only to get the wrong order. It was sad to see the poor confused girl at the window. Kept trying to hand me a cold drink instead of the hot. No wonder they couldn't get my sf vanilla latte right t
